Upon arrival at the airport in Fes, our driver will be waiting for you to transfer your to your accommodation where you’ll spend the first night of your 9 Day Morocco itinerary.
In the morning, your local tour guide will meet you at your accommodation in Fes then start your sightseeing tour of the city. First, we’ll visit Al Qaraouine university, World’s oldest university and UNESCO world heritage site. After that, make a visit to Madrasa Bouaanania and Attarine Madrasa. Next, we’ll make a visit to Batha museum. Following that, strol through the lively souks of the old Medina of Fes and enjoy its beautifully narrow streets and alleyways.
Following lunch, we’ll drive outside the Medina of Fes to visit the Royal Palace gate, wander through its golden doors. Next, stroll through the Jewish quarter known as “the Mellah,” and visit a pottery cooperative. In the afternoon, we’ll head Borj Nord to take in a breathtaking panoramic view of the whole Medina of Fes later we’ll transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.
After a hearty breakfast at your accommodation in Fes, we drive along the way to the Sahara desert of Merzouga and then passing through Ifrane, Morocco’s little Switzerland. Following that, continue to the Cedar Forest of Azrou, home to Barbary Monkeys, where you can feed them and explore the forest. We will then continue to Midelt for a lunch stop. Later on, continue to Merzouga desert via Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass and the scenic Ziz Valley, making stops to admire the breathtaking views of the High Atlas Mountains.
Passing through Arfoud known as the Date capital where you’ll visit a fossil museum in the city and then continue to the Sahara desert of Merzouga through the black rocky desert marveling the lovely sceneries along the way.
By the afternoon, we arrive at the Sahara Desert of Merzouga and then enjoy a camel ride through the wondous dunes of Erg Chebbi. Stopping to watch an incredible sunset and then continue to your desert camp where you’ll spend the third night of your Morocco 9 days itinerary in the middle of the desert with a drumming party around the campfire.
We continue our trip by driving off-road to visit an ancient fossils, followed by a stop to meet local nomads in their traditional tents, learn about their life and experience Berber pizza. Afterward, we head to the village of Khamlia, where you’ll be treated to a performance of Gnaoua music and dance, a tradition brought by people from sub-Saharan countries like Mali, Sudan, and Niger. After some free time for lunch at a local restaurant then we’ll take a peaceful walk through Hassi Lbeid oases.

Next, we’ll head to Meknes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities. Upon arrival, we’ll explore Bab Mansour and Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail.
