4-Day Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga

Your incredible 4 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga starts with a pick up from your Riad at 8:40 am. Then take us towards the Sahara desert of Merzouga, passing through the enchanting Tizi-n-Tichka, a mountain pass reaching 2,260 meters, connecting Marrakech to Ouarzazate, marvelin the lovely sceneries along way. 

Stopping briefly to appreciate the breathtaking sceneries of the Atlas Mountains. Along the route to Ouarzazate,  we stop at some Berber villages perched on the High Atlas Mountains. Following that,  We continue your  4 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga to Ait Ben Haddou, where we’ll stop for a lunch. Explore Ait Ben Haddou kasbah, a famous as fortified village and significant historical site, famous for its role as a backdrop in numerous films such as Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and Lawrence of Arabia.

Later in the day, we drive to the city of Ouarzazate,  known as Hollywood of Africa where we’ll visit the Kasbah of Taourirt and the famous Film Studio. Following that, we  pass via the road of Thousand kasbahs. Arriving in Skoura famous for its remarkable oasis and then, we continue our trip via Kalaat M’gouna or the rose city, make a visit to some local cooperatives that makes cosmetic products from the roses (optional stop)

Head to Dades Gorges, taking in the finest sceneries along the way by late afternoon, we arrive in Dades Gorges take you to your Kasbah where you’ll spend the night in Dades Valley.

In the morning, you will wake up to see a brilliant sunrise and walk on the Erg Chebbi sand dunes appreciating the beautiful  desert landscapes. After breakfast, you will have the option to return to Merzouga by vehicle or camel; the route is about 6 kilometers.

Your tour guide will meet you in Merzouga. Then, leaving the desert and heading Agdz, with a stop in Rissani where you’ll visit the historic Moulay Ali Cherif mausoleum. Then explore the souks of Rissani. Following that, we continue our 4 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga to Alnif on the way, we will make stops to see impressive places including the fantastic like Nkob and Draa Valley, which is considered the longest valley in Morocco with 1100 km, the river water around 3000 date farms.
