Embark on an unforgettable 12-day Marrakech desert tour and discover the breathtaking beauty of Morocco’s top destinations. Start your trip from the lively city of Marrakech, cross the incredible High Atlas Mountains, and pass through the Tizi N’Tichka Pass (2,260 meters).
Visit the UNESCO world heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, famous for films likeGladiator, Game of Thrones, and The Mummy. Continue along the beautiful road of 1,000 kasbahs, marvel at the unique Monkey Fingers rock formations, explore the incredible Todra Gorges and experience the serenity of the Sahara desert of Merzouga and spend a magical night under stars in the middle of nowhere.
Your tour will then take you north to explore Fes with a guided tour of its rich history and culture followed by a visit to the imperial city of Meknes and then uncover the charm of Chefchaouen, the enchanting Blue City of Morocco, as you stroll through its ancient medina and its interesting sites.
Take a tour of Tangier where you’ll visit the famous Hercules Caves and Cape Spartel where the Mediterranean sea meets the Atlantic ocean and then visit Rabat, the capital of Morocco, with stops at Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. Afterward, explore Casablanca, the country’s largest city, before concluding your trip with a sightseeing tour of Marrakech.
Upon arrival at the airport in Marrakech, our driver will be waiting for you to transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the first night of your 12 days Marrakech desert tour.
In the morning, we will pick your up from your accommodation in Marrakech beginning your 12 days Marrakech desert tour, with stops along the way to enjoy panoramic views of the breathtaking sceneries across the Majestic High Atlas Mountains.
We’ll make stop at the Tizi N Tichka pass 2260 meters High. Afterward, the tour continues to the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and best place for movie makers like Gladiator, Game of Thrones and the Mummy.
After lunch, we continue our trip to Ouarzazate, known as Hollywood of Africa where you’ll visit the Film Studio and Taourirt kasbah, one of the oldest kasbahs in the city. Next, we take the road of 1000 kasbahs, admiring the finest sceneries along the way. Stopping at the palm groves of Skoura for some photographing opportunities then pass through Kalaat M’gouna or the rose city where you’ll visit a local cooperative in the area where you can explore some roses products.
Late afternoon, we arrive in Dades Gorges and visit the rock formation known as Monkey Fingers and the beautiful road of Tisadrine before transferring you to your accommodation where you’ll spend a magical nigh in Dades Valley.
In the morning, we continue your 12 days Marrakech desert tour to Todra Gorges, where you’ll enjoy amazing sceneries through the beautiful Todra Gorges, walk along the Canyons with a guide. Afterward, we pass through the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad, with a break for lunch along the way.

In the Afternoon, we arrive in Erfoud known as the date Capital where you’ll have the chance to visit local museum for fossils then continue to Merzouga desert where you’ll meet your camel guide to begin your camel ride through the outstanding dunes of Erg Chebbi. Stopping at the high dunes for an incredible sunset over the lovely dunes of Merzouga and then continue to your desert camp in the middle of the desert where you’ll spend a magical night under stars with a drumming party around the campfire.
Start your day with a fantastic sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga, followed by a warm breakfast at your desert camp. Then, set off on a sightseeing tour of Merzouga. visit an ancient national car museum located in the heart of Merzouga. Afterward, you’ll head to Khamlia, where you’ll meet black skinned African from south Africa ( Mali, Niger, Soudan) and listen to their traditional Gnawa music with African roots.
Next, you’ll visit nomad families living behind the dunes of Merzouga, where you’ll learn about their lifestyle and get a chance to try Berber pizza. In the late afternoon, you’ll visit the Hassi Lbeid oasis, taking a peaceful walk through the oasis. If you’re interested, you’ll also have free time to try a buggy or quad ride. Finally, you’ll be transferred to your Riad for an overnight stay.
After breakfast at your Riad in Merzouga, your 12 days desert tour continues through the Tafilalet palm groves, offering beautiful natural landscapes along the way. Making stop in Rissani, one of the ancient cities of Morocco and an important trading center in the region, with a lively souk that bustles on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. After exploring Rissani souk, the tour proceeds to Erfoud, where you will visit a fossil museum.
Next, the drive follows the Ziz River, with a stop for a panoramic view of Ziz Valley. Lunch will be in Midelt before continuing to the cedar forests, home to Barbary macaques, where you’ll make stop for some photographs. Next, we continue to Fes through Ifrane, Morocco’s Little Switzeland, visit the Atlas lion and then continue to Fes dropping you off at your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.
Next, wander through the narrow streets of the old Medina, immersing yourself in its vibrant atmosphere. In the late afternoon, visit the famous tanneries, where leather is crafted into clothes, bags, and shoes. Following that, head to Borj Nord for a panoramic view of the entire city of Fes. Lastly, explore Batha Museum before transferring you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.
After a warm breakfast at your Riad in Fes, we drive north of Morocco to visit the preserved Roman ruins of Volubilis and Unesco World Heritage site. Following that, explore Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, one of World’s Top 10 villages and then continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities where you’ll visit Bab Mansour and Moulay Ismail Mausoleum.
After a hearty lunch in Meknes, we cross the Riff Mountains, admiring the amazing sceneries along the way to Chefchaouan. Arriving in Chefchaouan, enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city make a visit to the Spanish Mosque and the old Medina of Chefhcaouan, wander along its Blue washed alleys. Late afternoon, we’ll transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.
Upon arrival in Tangier, we’ll visit Hercules Caves and the old Medina of Tangier where you’ll feel like steeping back in History. In the late afternoon, we’ll head to Cape Spartel, where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. Finally, you’ll be transferred to your accommodation wheree you’ll spend the night.
After a delicious breakfast at your accommodation in Tangier, we’ll depart for Assilah, one of Morocco’s most charming coastal cities. From there, we’ll continue to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where you’ll visit the Mausoleum of Mohamed V and the Oudaya Kasbah, followed by a tour of the historic Hassan Tower. In the late afternoon, we’ll explore the lively souks of Chellah before heading to beach of Rabat to enjoy a breathtaking sunset. Finally, we’ll transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.
In the morning, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Rabat, admiring amazing views along the way passing through Casablanca, Morocco’s biggest city where you’ll have the chance to visit Hassan II Mosque, Africa’ second largest Mosque and then make a visit to the old Medina of Casablanca. Following that, we’ll drive the red city of Marrakech upon arrival, we ‘ll transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.
In the morning, meet your local tour guide of Marrakech then start your full day sightseeing of Marrakech by visit Majorelle Garden & Yves Saint Laurent Museum. Following that, explore Saadian Tombs and Badi palace. Next, walk along the busy streets of the old Medina of Marrakech and then enjoy a tour along the Semmarine and Sekakkine souks. After that, make a visit to Mellah district.
Late afternoon, we will head to Menara Garden and Kotoubia Mosque, second largest Mosque in Morocco then walk along the famous Sequare of Djamaa Lfna and watch some activities including snake charmers, musicians and Magicians Late afternoon transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the last night of your 12 days desert tour.
Depending on your flight time, our driver will transfer you to the airport in Marrakech or Casablanca concluding your 12 days Marrakech desert tour with memories to remember.
To book the 12 days Marrakech desert tour, we kindly require a small deposit to be paid via PayPal, Credit Card or bank transfer so as to make the necessary reservations for the trip. Once the payment is received, we’ll send you the booking confirmation of your trip. The rest of the payment must be paid in cash upon pick-up time.
Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 15 days before the start date of your trip. If you cancel within 15 days, however, the full deposit will be charged.
Our driver will pick you up from your location, whether it’s the airport or your accommodation. Please provide us with your accommodation address so that the driver will pick you up there at 8:40 a.m.
