Morocco 8 Day Tour from Tangier: Best Vacation Package:

In the morning, you’ll meet your local guide of Fes and begin a sightseeing tour of the city. At first,  Start exploring the old Medina of Fes, wandering through its lovely narrow streets, and visiting Al Qaraouine University, the oldest university in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Following that, see Madrasa Bou Inania and Attarine Madrasa, two of Morocco’s historic Quranic schools. After that, visit the famous tanneries, where leather is used to make; clothes, bags, and shoes…etc. 

After lunch, proceed to Batha Museum and the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, the founder of Fes who ruled Morocco from 800 to 827. Later on, we’ll take you to Borj Nord for a panoramic view of the city. In the late afternoon, you’ll be transferred back to your accommodation where you’ll spend  the night.

After a delicious breakfast at your Riad in Fes, we’ll hit the road passing through Immouzare and Ifrane often known as ”Morocco’s Little Switzerland” and one of the world’s seven cleanest cities, where you can stop to visit the scuptural Atlas lion, and have a coffe enjoying the city’s lovely atmosphere. 

Next, continue your trip to the Cedar Forest of Azrou, Morocco’s largest, where you can take photos with Barbary Monkeys. Then, we’ll take the road through Midelt and Zaida, with a break for lunch before traversing Ziz Valley and the red-hued mountains, admiring the incredible sceneries along the way.

Stopping in Aoufous for a panoramic view of the magnificient oasis, one of the largest oasis in Morocco Following that, we’ll continue to Erfoud, also known as “The Date Capital,” where you can visit a fossil museum. Finally, we’ll head toward Merzouga desert

Arriving in Merzouga desert, set off on a camel ride through the incredible dunes of Merzouga, admiring the captivating sceneries along the way. Stopping at the high dune to watch sunset and then continue to your desert camp where you’ll spend the night with a magical drumming part around the campfire.

Waking up early is essential to catch the eye-catching sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga. After some free time for breakfast, we’ll leave the desert to visit Rissani, the former capital of Tafilalet, which remains an important trading center in the region. Its lively souk is busiest on Tuesdays. Following a stroll through Rissani’s market, then we’ll continue to Erfoud to visit a fossil Museum.

From there, we’ll continue through the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad to reach the striking Todra Gorges, where the Todra River has carved a magnificent canyon with towering red cliffs a perfect spot for rock climbing. Afterward, enjoy some free time to explore the gorges and soak in the glorious sceneries, followed by lunch at a local restaurant.

We’ll then continue through Boumalne Dades to Dades Valley, with a visit to the rock formation known as” Monkey Fingers”  After that transfer you to your kasbah where you’ll spend night.

Continue your Morocco 8 day tour from Tangier to Marrakech taking in the outstanding sceneries along the way. Then, we’ll take the road of 1000 Kasbahs. Following that, stop at Kalaat M’gouna or the rose city where you’ll visit a local cooperative for making cosmetic products from roses (optional stop).

Next, drive to Skoura, where you’ll visit Amridil kasbah, one of the ancient Kasbahs in the region. After that, continue to Ouarzazte known as Holywood of Africa, explore the film Studio of Ouarzazate, and Taourirt Kasbah. 

After lunch, we continue our way towards Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, UNESCO world heritage site and Best place for film makers where several movies have been filmed like Gladiator, Game of Thrones and The Mummy, explore the kasbah with your guide. Afterward, cross through the Majestic Riff Mountains enjoying the awe-inspiring sceneries along the Mountains and Berber vilages. 

We’ll then stop at Tizi N Tichka pass, 2260 merters High where you enjoy a panoramic view over the High Atlas Mountains. Late afternoon, we arrive in Marrakech transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the last night of your 8 day Morocco Tour itinerary from Tangier to Marrakech.
