Book this authentic 4 days Marrakech itinerary and uncover the real Morocco, visit Ouzoud Cascades, where you’ll experience local Berber life and take in breathtaking sceneries along the route. As soon as your arrive in Imilchil, a beautiful Berber town and one of Morocco’s best-kept secrets in the heart of the Middle Atlas Mountains, you’ll immerse yourself in its unique culture. If you book for the 19th, 20th, or 21st of September, you’re in for a treat, as this is when the traditional Berber Wedding Festival takes place, where young women choose their soulmates.

In addition to that, you’ll learn more about this unique festival, known as Agdoud N’ Oulmghenni, and explore the traditions of the Ait Hdiddou and Ait Bougmmaze tribes. Moreover, you’ll also visit the lakes of Isli (the Groom) and Tislite (the Bride). Afterward, your tour continues through the picturesque Berber villages like Agoudal, Ait Hanni, and Tamtatouchet. lArriving at Todra Gorges where you’ll have the chance to explore the lovely gorges of 320 meters High, before traveling along the Road of 1000 Kasbahs, admiring the beautiful sceneries.

Top Itinerary of Marrakech Itinerary 4 Days:

Day 1: Marrakech - Ouzoud waterfalls - Imilchil (6H) :

In the morning, we’ll pick you up from accommodation or the airport in Marrakech, set off your trip towards the lovely valleys, farms, nature taking in the natural sceneries along the way, making stops to admire the greatest spots along the way.

We’ll then cross through some small towns and villages that truly capture the essence of rural Moroccan life. At times, it may feel as though you’ve stepped back in time, as the locals continue their daily routines amidst some of the most breathtakingly impressive natural landscapes with their mules and donekys in the middle of the Atlas Mountains.

After that, we’ll stop at a Berber Family along the way to bring you closer to the Berber culture and the Moroccan generally. Arriving at Ouzoud waterfalls, Africa’second tallest waterfalls with a height of 11o meters. Walk along the waterfalls with local guide to get more info about this fantastic gem, Feel free a hire a boat for a fantastic experience at the Ouzoud river.

We continue your Marrakech 4 days itinerary with a drive through the striking landscapes. Stopping at Bin Lwiddan Dam, one of the best places to have coffe. Afterward, proceed towards Imilchil, a Berber town in the Middle Atlas, hosting a typical and authentic Imilchil Berber weeding Festival from 19th of September to 21 September of every year. 

The neighboring tribes, Aït Sokham and Aït Bouguemmaz, gather to celebrate the Imilchil Marriage Festival, held in Souk Agdoud N’Oulmghenni. Also referred to as September Romance, the festival highlights the Aït Yaazza tradition of an annual gathering marriage, where women choose their husbands.

Arriving in Imilchil make a visit to Tislit lake before transferring you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the first night of your 4 days Marrakech itinerary.

Day 2:imilchil - Agoudal - Todra Gorges - Dades Gorges (4H):

After breakfast at your Riad in Imilchil, we’ll continue your 4 days Marrakech itinerary with a visit to the Wedding Festival, followed by an exploration of Berber culture. Following that, we’ll visit Isli Lake (the groom Lake). Enjoy the journey through Berber villages, soaking in the beautiful natural landscapes as we pass through Ait Hanni and Tamtatocht, small Berber towns.

We’ll then arrive at Todra Gorges, where you’ll have the opportunity to walk through the impressive gorges that rise 320 meters high, favorite place for mountain climbers.

After lunch, we’ll continue towards Dades Gorges, enjoying the inredible sceneries along the way. Upon arrival in Dades Gorges,  you’ll visit the unique rock formation known as “Monkey Fingers,” and then head to the winding road of Tisadrine to watch an incredible sunset. Finally, we’ll transfer you to your accommodation for an overnight in Dades Gorges.

Day 3 :Dades Gorges - The Rose city - Ouarzazate (2H):

Following a cozy morning meal at your kasbah in Dades valley, we will head towards Ouarzazate, enjoying the beautiful views while driving along the famous route of 1000 kasbahs. Then, Make a stop at Kalaat M’gouna, also known as the rose city, where you can explore a local cooperative that sells rose cosmetic products (optional stop).

Following that, we proceed toward Skoura palm groves. Stopping at Ameridile kasbah, one of the area’s oldest kasbahs, and best filming location for national and international movies. After that, continue on to Ouarzazate, also known as the Hollywood of Africa.

After reaching Ouarzazate, we will tour the Film Studio and Taourirt kasbah before taking you to your accommodation where youll spend the last night of your Marrakech itinerary 4 days.

Day 4:Ouarzazate - High Atlas Mountains -Marrakech (4H) :

In the morning, drive through The High Atlas Mountains, enjoying the incredible landscapes along the way. And then stop at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a popular filming location for international movies such as Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and The Mummy.

At the same time, we’ll have lunch at a local restaurant in Ait Ben Haddou. Afterward, we continue your 4 days Marrakech itinerary through the impressive High Atlas Mountains, with a stop at Tizi N Tichka pass, 2260 meters. In the late afternoon, we’ll arrive in Marrakech, where you’ll be transferred either to the airport or your accommodation concluding your Marrakech itinerary 4 days.

To book the 4 days Marrakech itinerary, start by reaching out to us via WhatsApp, email, contact form, or social media. Once we finalize the perfect itinerary for your trip, we’ll ask for a small deposit, payable through PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer, to confirm your reservations. After receiving the deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation of your trip. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon pick-up or Credit card with an additional 5% fee.

What is your cancellation policy if something comes up and I need to cancel?

Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 15 days before the start date of your trip. If you cancel within 15 days, however, the full deposit will be charged.

Where should I meet the driver upon arrival? Is there a designated meeting point?

Our driver will pick you up from your location, whether it’s the airport or your accommodation. Please provide us with your accommodation address so that the driver will pick you up there at 8:40 a.m.

What a fascinating trip!

At First, we were the contact of  Morocco Tours Company by a friend who took a nice trip with this company, We had the chance to visit a lot of nice places including the wonderful valleys of  Ouzoud waterfalls and explored the towns of the middle Atlas Mountains including Imilchil where we spent the first night of our trip. 

The trip took us to Nice Berber towns including Ait hani, Todra Gorges with its wonderful Gorges where we had wonderful time. In addition, we visit Dades Gorges, the rose city and Ouarzazate concluding our vacation trip in Marrakech.

Big thanks goes to our driver Mohammed who had been great throughout the trip.It is recommended trip!!
