Continue your adventure to Merzouga, where you’ll enjoy a camel ride through the dunes and spend a magical night in the middle of the desert.

Top Itinerary of 6- Day Tour from Fes to Marrakech:

Day 1:Fes Full day tour:

Our driver will pick you up in the morning from the airport in Fes or your hotel, and you will then begin your full-day tour of Fes by meeting your local guide and then visit Souk Skkakine and Souk Enajjarine. Following that, explore the old Medina of Fes as well as Al Qaouine University, the world’s oldest University.

after that. Take you to tanneries where leather is used to  make shoes, clothes, and bags. We’ll next take you to Boujloud, the entrance to the ancient Medina of Fes. Next, visit Batha Museum and Madrsa Bouaanania before taking you to Borj Nord where you can see the whole Medina of Fes. Late afternoon, we’ll transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night. 

Day 2:Fes - Cedar Forest of Azrou - Merzouga desert (7H):

In the morning, we’ll pick you up from your Riad in Fes, known as the imperial city of Morocco,  heading toward Merzouga, famous for its golden desert in southeastern Morocco. Along the way, we’ll pass through Ifrane, known as Morocco’s little Switzerland. Next, proceed toward the Cedar Forest, Morocco’s Largest Forest. Take some shots with Barbary Monkeys and feed them.

We ‘ll continue to Midelt, a city in the Middle Atlas known as the Apple Capital. We’ll stop for lunch before proceeding to Erfoud, passing through Tizi N Talghamt, descending through the Ziz Valley. Arriving in Aoufous very famous with largest oases in Morocco. Next, continue to Erfoud, known as the Date Capital, we’ll make a visit to a fossil museum in the city.

Arriving in Merzouga desert,  begin your camel ride adventure through the dunes of Merzouga admiring the enchating sceneries along the way. Stopping to watch sunset and then continue to your desert camp where you’ll spend the night.

Day 3: Merzouga Full day tour:

In the morning, begin your trip of Merzouga, allowing you to watch the sunrise and the shifting colors of the golden dunes. Afterward, back to your desert camp where you’ll get breakfast and then ride camel back to Merzouga where you’ll meet your driver; then make a visit to Hassi Labied, Merdani, Khamlia, and M’fis. On the way to Khamlia, we’ll meet locals who will introduce us to their Gnawa music. 

you’ll learn about the history of its inhabitants, came from sub-Saharan Africa and have since integrated into Moroccan society. The villagers will warmly welcome you with a cup of tea made in the traditional desert style (often referred to as Berber whiskey) as you listen to their beautiful spiritual Gnawa music.

After leaving Khamlia, we’ll head toward the Algerian border for a panoramic view of the golden dunes before enjoying a picnic lunch in the shade of a tree. The journey will continue with a visit to the nomads, explore their lifestyle and experience their Berber Pizza. Late afternoon, we’ll take you to your Riad where you’ll spend the night near the dunes of Merzouga.

Day 4:Merzouga - Todra Gorges - Dades Gorges(4H):

In the mornung, wake up early to witness the sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga. Followed by a  drive toward Dades Gorges passing through Rissani, a town located at the edge of the Ziz Valley. where you’ll explore tradtional souks and walk along its busy streets. Next, we’ll visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, the first Alaouite Sultan and the grandfather of the current King of Morocco.

We’ll have lunch in Rissani before continuing our tour towards Todra Gorges, passing through Amazigh villages near the Oasis of Tinghir where you can get a chance to try Henna (free & optional). Arriving in Todra Gorges, walk along its canyons with your guide.

Then continue your 6 days tour from Fes to Marrakech toward Dades Gorges, admiring the impresive sceneries along the way. Arriving in Dades Gorges visit the rock formation known as Monkey fingers, and  wavy road of Tisadrine overnight at your Kasbah in Dades Valley enjoying the incredible atmosphere of the town.

Day 5:Dades Valley - Kalaat M'gouna- Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech (5H):

After a warm breakfast at your Kasbah in Dades Valley, we pass through Boumalne Dades, taking in the magnificient sceneries along the way. Stopping at Kalaat M’gouna or the rose city, where you’ll visit local cooperative in the city. Followed by a drive through the road of 1000 Kasbahs. 

We’ll make a stop at Ameridile Kasbah, enjoying the grenery palm groves along the way. Once we reach Ouarzazate, we’ll visit the Taourirt Kasbah and the Ouarzazate Film Studio. Next, we’ll head to the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site where movies like Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and The Mummy were filmed.

After lunch, we’ll enjoy a scenic drive across the High Atlas Mountains, admiring the amazing views of the Tizi N’Tichka pass (2260m). We’ll then continue to Marrakech, late afternoon, we arrive in Marrakech trasnfer you to your Riad where you’ll spend the night.

Day 6:Marrakech Full day sightseeing:

Start your full day sightseeing tour of Marrakech with your local tour guide. First, we’ll visit Menara Garden and Madrasa Ben Youssef, one of the oldes Qoranic Schools in Morocco. Next, visit Koutoubia Mosque, second largest Mosque in Morocco and then we’ll hrad to Majorelle Gardens, Bahia Palace. Afterward, we’ll visit the Saadian Tombs before heading to the old Medina of Marrakech to explore its bustling streets and visit Semmarine and Sekkakine Souks.

Next, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the lively activities in Jamaa El Fna Square, where you can watch snake charmers, musicians, magicians, and storytellers. Finally, we’ll transfer you to your accommodation or the airport where you’ll spend the last night of your 6 days tour from Fes to Marrakech.

To book the 6- Day Tour from Fes to Marrakech, we kindly require a small deposit to be paid via PayPal, Credit Card or Bank transfer so as to make the necessary reservations for the trip. Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 15 days before the start date of your trip. If you cancel within 15 days, however, the full deposit will be charged.

Where should I meet the driver upon arrival? Is there a designated meeting point?

Our driver will pick you up from your location, whether it’s the airport or your accommodation. Please provide us with your accommodation address so that the driver will pick you up there at 8:40 a.m.

If I prefer not to go to the camp by camel, is there any other ways to get there?

Certainly, we offer a 4×4 Jeep as an alternative to camel rides for transferring you to the camp.

If I go to the camp by camel, will my luggage be transported there as well?

Absolutely, we provide a 4×4 jeep to transport your luggage to the camp.

Ci siamo divertiti moltissimo in Marocco, abbiamo prenotato questo eccellente tour di 6 giorni da Fes a Marrakech, che è stato un viaggio fantastico, siamo partiti da Fes, la città spirituale del Marocco, poi abbiamo visitato l’incantevole città di Ifrane, il viaggio è stato un magia mentre andavamo a sud, in Marocco… ecc. 

Abbiamo visitato il deserto del Sahara di Merzouga dove abbiamo fatto un eccellente giro in cammello attraverso le dune di Merzouga dove trascorrerai una notte indimenticabile in mezzo al deserto, poi siamo andati a Marrakech dove potrai goderti un giro turistico della città.Il nostro autista è stato eccezionale, disponibile e gentile. Grazie compagnia turistica del Marocco. Lo consigliamo!
