7 Days in Morocco from Marrakech to Tangier:

Upon your arrival in Marrakech, our driver will be waiting for you to welcome you and transfer you to your where you’ll spend the night in Marrakech.

In the morning, after meeting your local guide, begin a full day of sightseeing tour of Marrakech, stroll through the charming streets of the ancient Medina of Marrakech, followed by a visit to Mellah. Next, uncover Badi Palace, Bahia Palace, and the Saadian Tombs. Then, make your way to the Majorelle Garden, with plenty to see at this charming spot.

After lunch, we’ll head to Madrasa Ben Youssef. one of the oldest Qoranic Schools in the city. In the late afternoon, we’ll visit the Koutoubia Mosque, Morocco’ second largest Mosque, take a walk through Djamaa Lfena Square, There, you can enjoy a variety of activities such as storytellers, musicians, and magicians. Later afternoon, free time to have Hammam, if interested and then we’ll transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the second night of your 7 days in Morocco itinerary.

After breakfast at your Riad in Marrakech, we’ll set off on a scenic drive through the High Atlas Mountains, taking in breathtaking views along the way. Our first stop will be at Tizi N’Tichka pass (2,260 m). We then continue towards Ouarzazate, traveling via the Talouet road, admiring the lovely sceneries along the way. Arriving at the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, a kasbah famous for being the filming location of movies like Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and The Mummy.

After lunch, head to Ouarzazate, famous as Hollywood of Africa. Afterward, visit Taourirt Kasbah and  the Film Studio of Ouarzazate, we’ll then journey through the palm groves of Skoura, stopping at the historic Ameridil Kasbah, one of the oldest in the region.

From there, we will go to Kalaat M’gouna, known as the “The Rose City,” visit a local cooperative for rose cosmetic products (optional stop). We will then pass through Boumalne Dades and stop to admire the unique rock formation known as “Monkey Fingers.” Finally, you’ll be transferred to your accommodation in Dades Valley, where you’ll spend the night.

After breakfast at your Kasbah in Dades Valley, we’ll proceed to Todra Gorges, where Todra River has carved an amazing canyon through the High Atlas mountains, creating towering red cliffs. Take some time to explore the gorges and admire the breathtaking views. Following that, We continue through the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad, with free time for lunch along the way. After that, stop at a Berber cooperative where you’ll have the chance to get Henna, known as the Moroccan tattoo (optional).

In the afternoon, we’ll arrive in the Sahara Desert of Merzouga, where you’ll ride camels for a trek across the sandy dunes. Then we will stop for you to enjoy a magical sunset at high dune before continuing to luxury desert camp where you’ll spend a magical night with drumming party around the campfire.

After a lovely sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga, depart from the desert and head to Rissani, the former capital of Tafilalet, Rissani remains an important trading city in the region, with a bustling souks (souks) that comes alive on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. After exploring the Rissani market, we continue to Erfoud to visit a fossil museum.

We then drive along Ziz River, stopping for a panoramic view of Ziz Valley. Lunch will be in Midelt, with free time to relax. Next, continue our journey, we’ll visit the cedar forests of Morocco home to the Barbary macaques feel free to feed them as you explore the forest. Next, pass through Ifrane known as ” Switzerland of Morocco.” Finally, we’ll drop you off at your accommodation in Fes where you’ll spend the night. 

After a warm breakfast at your accommodation in Fes, we will leave Fes and head toward Chefchaouen, with a stop at the Roman ruins of Volubilis and the historic village of Moulay Idriss I, where the founder of Islam in Morocco is buried. After lunch, we continue our trip to Meknes, often known as “The Moroccan Versailles,” and considered one of Morocco’s four imperial cities,  founded by Moulay Ismail in the late 17th century.

Addionally, we will visit historical sites such as Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, Bab Mansour Gate, and other significant sites. On our way to Chefchaouen, we’ll stop to admire and capture incredible landscapes.

Upon arriving in Chefchaouen, famous for its blue-washed alleys and buildings, explore the city’s beauty and historical sites. Afterward, visit artisan cooperatives (optional). Later, we’ll transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the last night of your 7 days in Morocco from Marrakech to Tangier

After breakfast at your accommodation in Chefchaouen, Start a local tour of the city’s old Medina, followed by a visit to The Spanish Mosque. We’ll then continue our journey to Tangier, enjoying the beautiful sceneries along the way and making a stop at the Aqchour Waterfalls, one of the captivating  waterfalls in Morocco.

Upon arriving in Tangier, we will transfer you to the airport or your accommodation in Tangier concluding your 7 days in Morocco itinerary with unforgettable memories.
