5 Day Morocco tour fom Casablanca: Fes, Desert & Marrakech

In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel or the airport in Casablanca and then drive towards the imperial city of Fez,  admiring the breathtaking sceneries along the route,  heading through Rabat,  Morocco’s capital city. There, you will get the opportunity to visit Rabat’s major attractions and historic sites, including Hassan Tower, the Mohamed 5 Mausoleum and Oudaya Kasbah. 

Continuing our 5 day Morocco tour with a drive to Fez. Making stops to enjoy the incredible sceneries along the way. Afterward, we’ll pass through various Berber villages on the way. Additonally, we’ll visit Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities where you’ll explore Bab Mansour gate and Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Later on, we continue on to Volubilis a UNESCO World Heritage Site and best preserved Roman ruins in north Africa. Late afternoon, we will arrive in Fes and transfer you to your Riad where you will stay the night.

We’ll meet your local guide in Fes and explore the city’s rich history, Morocco’s oldest city. First, We will begin the full day tour by visiting Fes’ most famous sites and historical landmarks. Following that, visit Al Qaraouine University, the world’s oldest university. After that, explore famous tanneries, where shoes, clothes, and bags are made locally from leather.

Following that, we’ll visit Dar Lmakhzan, or the Royal Palace, and explore its golden doors, a unique hidden gem built during the Alaouite period and currently becomes Morocco’s king palace. Lunchtime, then our tour continues to visit Batha museum. Following that, we’ll visit Madrassa Bouaanania and Bab Boujloud. Next, make a visit to Attarine Madrassa, and the ceramic cooperative.

Later on enjoy a walk through the lively streets of the old Medina of Fes, by late afternoon, we”ll transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the second night of your 5 Day Morocco desert  tour fom Casablanca to Casablanca.

Depart from Fes heading toward the Sahara desert of Merzouga, marveling the incredible sceneries along the way. Following that, passing through Immouzar then arrive in Ifrane, Morocco’s Little Switzerland, to see the Atlas Lion before driving to the Cedar Forest, Morocco’s Largest forest. Making stop to take some shots of the Barbary Monkeys.

Afterward, we’ll descend through Ziz valley and Erfoud, known as the date Capital, visit a fossil museum in the city and then proceed to Rissani, stroll through its lively markets. Following that, continue on to Merzouga desert.

Upon arrival in Merzouga desert, you will meet your camel guide and embark on an exciting camel ride across the breathtaking dunes of Erg Chebbi, Immerse yourself in the alluring surroundings as you make your way to Erg Chebbi’s high dune for a beautiful sunset, and then continue to your desert camp where you’ll spend a magical night under stars.

Wake up early in the morning for a breathtaking sunrise. Following a tasty breakfast at your luxury desert camp, you will be picked up from your desert camp and then continue your 5 day Morocco desert tour, passing through Berber villages along the route. Then make a visit to Moulay Ali Cherfi Mausoleum, and drive to Todra Gorges, admiring the finest sceneries along the way. later Arriving in Todra Gorges, enjoy a walk through its charming Gorges with a height of 320 meters.

We will next head to Dades Valley before moving on to Ouarzazate, known”the Hollywood of Africa,” make a stop in Kalaat M’gouna, also known as “the city of roses,” and visit a local cooperative in the area (optional stop).  Then,  head to Taourirt Kasbah, one the oldest kasbahs in the region. Following that, we’ll go to the historic Kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is the ideal setting for movies like Gladiator, Game of Thrones and The Mummy. 

After that, we’ll travel through the majestic High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech.Then, make a stop at the 2260-meter-high Tizi N Tichka Pass, and then drive to Marrakech dropping you off at your accommodation where you’ll spend the last night of your 5 day Morocco tour fom Casablanca to Casablanca.

In the morning, meet your local guide of Marrakech and begin your half day sightseeing tour, visit the city’s historic sites including Majorelle Garden, one of the most impressive sights in Marrakech, and then visit the bustling souks of the Old Medina of Marrakech, and walk through the busy streets. Following that, explore Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, and Koutobia Mosque.

Additonally, We’ll visit Medrasa Ben Youssef and Koutoubia Mosque, Africa’second Largest Mosque,  Lunch time, we continue on our half-day tour to the Jewish district of Mellah. Afterward, visit Badi Palace and Dejamaa Lfna Square, where you’ll watch (snake charmers, storytellers, magicians, musicians, etc.).
